Chege was a great salesman; he was very knowledgeable about the car, I didn’t feel pressured or like he was trying to just sell me anything. He gave me all of the information that I needed to make the best decision for me. Mike was also really helpful. He worked tenaciously with the bank to ensure that I was able to get the loan. Everyone was very personable and friendly. I will definitely recommend Jackson Acura to anyone wanting a smooth and easy car buying experience. I will definitely buy cars here in the future. More

From our sales person, Cameron Hilden, to the sales manager, Michael Cunningham, we were very impressed with the friendliness and professionalism of the staff. I have already filled out a similar of the same survey but wanted to make sure if you did not get my first survey that you got this one. Cameron did a great job explaining all of the features of the car and getting me a great deal. He made sure he introduced us to Michael and then Michael approved a great price and great trade in value for my 2016 MDX. Joey did a great job too making sure I understood all of the paperwork and got me through the process quickly and efficiently. I would definitely recommend Jackson Acura to family and friends. Cameron has encouraged me to service my car there rather than go back to Duluth where I purchased my first MDX and had my service done. Cameron was great from the moment we walked into the dealership til the moment I drove out with my new MDX. He has encouraged me to come back with questions and followed up after a few days to make sure I was happy and did not have any concerns. A wonderful experience. More

Rdx sale I had been conversing with 3 other Acura dealerships and visited one other dealership before arriving at Jackson Acura. I was previously given the run I had been conversing with 3 other Acura dealerships and visited one other dealership before arriving at Jackson Acura. I was previously given the run around regarding pricing and inventory at other dealerships. However, at Jackson Acura, I received accurate information and received prompt follow up. Most importantly I was not given false promises and they followed up with exactly what they said they would do. The staff was courteous and patient throughout the process. More
