They didn't take me seriously. On Monday, September 9, 2019 I called to get a price quote and dealer incentives on a new 2019/2020 NSX. The polite salesman said he would call me ba On Monday, September 9, 2019 I called to get a price quote and dealer incentives on a new 2019/2020 NSX. The polite salesman said he would call me back the next day. Three days later, still no call back. I went to the dealership and showed the salesperson my ample funds, enough to purchase a few NSX vehicles. I met with an extremely nice manager who treated me respectfully. After a brief discussion, the manager excused himself to "handle other business". I offered my phone number, but no call back occurred. In dismay, I left with my blank check and now 4 days later I'm no closer to ordering an NSX. I was ready, willing and able, but they never even tried to get my business. More

Thankful for service rep Brittany Blas! Mechanics said I needed rotation and new tires Britney questioned them and did the measurements herself to discovered that’s not the case. She saved me time & money . Quick backstory I purchased my 2012 Acura MDX from this dealership with bad tires on it Therefore when this dealership keeps trying to sell me new tires since they sold me the shorty ones is comical but just an example of the depths of Jackson Acura’s poor salesmanship and ethics. Britney is the only reason I would return for an oil change here Since she is the only one who has demonstrated she cares about the customer. More

Chege was a great salesman; he was very knowledgeable about the car, I didn’t feel pressured or like he was trying to just sell me anything. He gave me all of the information that I needed to make the best decision for me. Mike was also really helpful. He worked tenaciously with the bank to ensure that I was able to get the loan. Everyone was very personable and friendly. I will definitely recommend Jackson Acura to anyone wanting a smooth and easy car buying experience. I will definitely buy cars here in the future. More

From our sales person, Cameron Hilden, to the sales manager, Michael Cunningham, we were very impressed with the friendliness and professionalism of the staff. I have already filled out a similar of the same survey but wanted to make sure if you did not get my first survey that you got this one. Cameron did a great job explaining all of the features of the car and getting me a great deal. He made sure he introduced us to Michael and then Michael approved a great price and great trade in value for my 2016 MDX. Joey did a great job too making sure I understood all of the paperwork and got me through the process quickly and efficiently. I would definitely recommend Jackson Acura to family and friends. Cameron has encouraged me to service my car there rather than go back to Duluth where I purchased my first MDX and had my service done. Cameron was great from the moment we walked into the dealership til the moment I drove out with my new MDX. He has encouraged me to come back with questions and followed up after a few days to make sure I was happy and did not have any concerns. A wonderful experience. More
