The worst ford dealership I've ever been to. Going to the dealership I know I'm going to pay more, but I expect better service and to be listened to. Every person tried to tell me what was wrong Going to the dealership I know I'm going to pay more, but I expect better service and to be listened to. Every person tried to tell me what was wrong with my car before I could finish explaining and then totally ignored my communicating on 3 separate occasions what was wrong. Next time I drove it after taking it home, the exact same issue happens again. Not a single apology or any consideration when I brought it back, a simple I'm sorry that happened we will take care of it would have been 100% good with me. Instead every person argued with me and the woman behind the desk when I went to pay mocked me and was rude. I would never let anyone go to you all ever again. Worst service of my life More
