This is not new to us as we have had items removed from the car before when the car is in for service. This prompted a police report. After numerous recalls, the car was left without prior settings, no explanation to return them to the original state when dropped off, and even though the video states the car was completed and going to the wash station, the car was not washed More

After our phone discussion he persuaded me to remove it with a promise to fix things. My vehicle was at the dealership almost 30 days and Mr. Sole said he would provide me with a gift card to “make things right”. I contacted Mercedes and spoke with a representative who said she would forward my concerns to Benzel Busch. When I returned to pick up my vehicle I asked to speak with Mr. Sole and he decided to address me in the waiting area. His voice was elevated and he said “what did complaining to Mercedes do for you? Are they compensating you?” I then told him I’m not some poor black girl from Brooklyn! I asked him why couldn’t he address me in an office and not within earshot of other customers? He apologized for not taking me aside, assured me he’d compensate me with a gift card. It was two days before Christmas so I said I accept your apology and we ended what seemed to be a toxic discussion amicably. He never sent me the gift card. I contacted my Service Advisor- Chris and asked for it twice. He did not acknowledge my query. At this point they lied to me. Mr. Sole made amends and hugged it out because customers were watching. I was the ONLY African American person in the waiting area. I took the high road because I was embarrassed and insulted. I walked away feeling slighted but I was happy to have my car in my possession. Mr. Sole doesn’t honor is word or value my business. When I said I’d never leave with MBUSA again he shrugged. I find his behavior appalling and offensive. I will not remove this review and every other subsequent review until this situation is made right. Thank you! More

I stopped by the dealership to confirm a phone call I received regarding a recall on my vehicle was valid as well as to get more details on what the recall entailed. The salesman (may not be his title) c received regarding a recall on my vehicle was valid as well as to get more details on what the recall entailed. The salesman (may not be his title) came over to me and was very welcoming and understanding of my need to verify the call/information. He explained every detail of the recall and service that was required. His attentiveness, concern and completeness, allowed me to be less anxious and prepared for the service. He was very clear that this was a "stop drive recall" which prompted me to park the vehicle and not move it again until I was informed it was safe to drive, he also provided me with all of the details of what my options are for a rental care/reimbursement if applicable. I immediately went home parked the vehicle and contacted Mr. Hill to schedule my service. The service took place within the time frame provided and the service rep. was also very informative, patient with my questions, thorough with his answers. I was completely satisfied with all services provided to me throughout each encounter, at the dealership and at the inspection. More
