This was the most straight-forward, simple, and enjoyable car buying experience I have had or could have hoped for. After searching all over for an AllTrack in a specific color combination and option set I w car buying experience I have had or could have hoped for. After searching all over for an AllTrack in a specific color combination and option set I was set up with Michael Sinclair. We spoke about the car by phone, I knew exactly what I was buying, and by that day we had the sales agreements all set. Financing was simple and again completed by email with Jason Hartman. Michael and I scheduled a video chat to do a pre-purchase inspection of the new car and then set a date for delivery. I drove out about two-and-a-half hours from eastern Long Island to pick up my new car. Once getting to the dealership, Michael came out with the keys to my new AllTrack, Jason followed with a couple quick forms that needed original signatures and I was rolling away from the dealership in under 10 minutes. I hope these guys are still working for NorthPenn next time I need a car, New York dealers don’t hold a candle to how easy this was. Would absolutely recommend. More
