I bought a car in 2024 and for reasons that were not Lester Glenn’s fault they helped me trade on my 2014 Traverse for the 2026 Traverse which came with more technology and upgrades. Bull was kind and e Lester Glenn’s fault they helped me trade on my 2014 Traverse for the 2026 Traverse which came with more technology and upgrades. Bull was kind and explained things to me so that I was able to understand them. I also received support from one of the GM’s TJ. Leo and his team (Matt, Mike, Heather) really helped me with my new purchase. They knew I was coming from over a 2hr drive to look at the vehicle and we're very responsive to my question.
