I had a terrible experience with the service center at Boucher. I asked from the beginning if I could have a loaner car, while they kept my car for repair, I was told no. I then said if I drop it off on a Boucher. I asked from the beginning if I could have a loaner car, while they kept my car for repair, I was told no. I then said if I drop it off on a Friday I would need it back by Monday because I had 2 jobs and had to make special arrangements. They said it would be done on Monday. No one called Monday until I started calling in the afternoon. They then told me it wasn’t done around 3 pm I said you told me it would be and I have to go from one job to another. Apparently they work with a 3rd party body shop that they were supposed to bring my car by on Friday. Little did they know I checked my cars GPS from my phone all weekend and my car never left Boucher until Monday morning to get worked on. I called to speak to the manager and he tried to lie and tell me the car was picked up Saturday, untrue according to the GPS. They then tried getting a loaner car which took forever, needless to say I lost an hour of pay by the time they brought me a rental car. More

I go to them for everything with my ford ecosport and ranger. This was the first time I had to deal with a recall fix. My entire engine had to be replaced and it was super easy and stress free experience ranger. This was the first time I had to deal with a recall fix. My entire engine had to be replaced and it was super easy and stress free experience. I got a rental car quickly after my ecosport had to go in. Great dealership and Mike is a great guy, always kept me up to date on my car. He also gave me all the information about my new engine for my ecosport (it's not the same one as originally came in it). Definitely will keep going back. More
