Our Client Advisor, Michelle Canova, is personable, experienced, and clearly knowledgeable about BMWs. In fact, she is a certified “BMW Genius.” She is perfection in the whole car buying or leasing process. The Sales Manager, Heather, clearly explained the details of the contract and thoroughly answered any questions that we had. Any time that we have our cars in for service, we have never had an unpleasant experience. The service people are courteous, knowledgeable, and clearly explain the service details. One of the details that they do that we particularly like is the follow up after the service. Not only does it address any issues that might have arisen, but it gives us a chance to say thank you personally to the service personnel. More
