Great service - AS USUAL! Everyone at Klaben Ford has been great!! I've never taken my car anywhere else but Klaben. I even get my tires there. This last time I met several new people including Kyle who I think is learning the ropes and was very nice. I've been there in winter and seen people come there from south of Canton in a bad snow storm because they like Klaben. I've done my homework, and had experiences with other places. At Klaben I get a full synthetic oil change with better filters for less than at the oil change places. Same with tires. More

ABS was malfunctioning! I was having a problem braking my vehicle due to a malfunctioning ABS system. Drove right in and I was able to leave my vehicle for the next day to be I was having a problem braking my vehicle due to a malfunctioning ABS system. Drove right in and I was able to leave my vehicle for the next day to be serviced. They were able to repair the ABS srtyem, correct a shimmey and discovered that I was overdue for a fuel filter. I was very satisfied! More
