I have a long history when it comes to customer service. My family was in the marine industry until we sold the family business in 2002. I then came to Klaben and continue to deliver the same level of "family style" customer service! I have been married for 35 years to Rhonda, who also works at Klaben, and we have a daughter. I am a very active member of the community. When I’m not at work we are out enjoying car cruise ins and car shows.I enjoy spending time with my family or riding my Harley with my wife. 330-673-3139

My experience at Klaben was great. Kyle and Mike made getting my new used wagon easy. I came down to meet Kyle and we test drove the Explorer and completed the paperwork in no time fla Kyle and Mike made getting my new used wagon easy. I came down to meet Kyle and we test drove the Explorer and completed the paperwork in no time flat. Mike and Kyle delivered the Explorer which was fantastic option. I was glad Mike was not wearing his plaid pants, white belt and white shoes, at that I knew i was at a good dealership.
