I have purchased around 30 automobiles over the past years and have always been given the above service. From the 1st day we arrived I knew this was the dealership to keep coming back too. We don't have the best credit so we were pretty nervous to even stop by but we had to give them a shot. I am so happy that we did because they worked with our bad credit and turned it into a positive! We started out at the very bottom and worked our way up to the top. We couldn't have done it without this dealership! I would recommend this dealership to anyone who I cross paths with. Tom Besaw is the most generous salesperson I have ever met and he has been along for the ride since we stepped foot into this dealership years ago. He never gave up on us and helped us see the light at the end of the tunnel. He really got to know us and cared about us! My last visit there was Saturday December 6th 2014. Tom worked with me for hours along with Cody Graf, Mike Dorsch and I'm sure numerous other's to help me get into my NEW 2015 Ford Escape. (Which is now called Magic Mike) I just want to say THANK YOU to everyone who made this possible and helping my family get to where we are. Everyone is so kind and they really make you feel welcome & important there. I can't forget about Kao Moua who took the time to teach me all I need to know about my vehicle and made the experience super fun. We found that with Debbie and also with Kao, too. Debbie certainly knows her job and is very efficient in getting the paperwork done quickly and correctly. Kao is amazing with UVO. He did things on my phone I didn't know my phone could do. LOL. And Mike Dorsch came to introduce himself to me and congratulated me (because my husband wasn't there) on our new car. Who does that anymore? I was floored and pleased. Over all my husband and I had a great experience. More

Dorsch is my go too auto dealership and I live in Appleton WI. I have both daughters in Dorsch brands, one in a Ford the other in a KIA and they love them a lot. Sometimes rare in the Dealership world. The Customer Service is second to none. Gene Eck who sold us both vehicles made a statement that we are like family and that is the way we are treated. When push came to shove and we were a few dollars apart Mark Belcher and Joel Tingley went to the wall for us. I would recommend Dorsch to anyone including myself the next time I need a vehicle. More

I am very particular when it comes to purchasing vehicles. I contacted Dorsch Ford regarding a used F150 I had spotted on www.AutoTrader.com and www.Cars.com. Dallas Brooks, the internet sales man vehicles. I contacted Dorsch Ford regarding a used F150 I had spotted on www.AutoTrader.com and www.Cars.com. Dallas Brooks, the internet sales manager responded to my inquiry quickly. Dallas worked with Mike and Dan Dorsch to come up with a sale price, as well as value my trade-in vehicle. Communication with Dallas was extremely easy and he answered everyone of my questions in a timely fashion. This was very, very helpful since I live about 2.5 hours away from their location. Dallas was able to accommodate my schedule and met with me the day and time I was available. Upon entering Dorsch Ford, I was welcomed by several associates. Dallas had moved the vehicle inside as it happened to be raining that day. That was very helpful to me, so that I could inspect the vehicle easier. After I inspected the truck, I took it for a test drive. After the test drive, I met with Debbie Simonar to fill out the paperwork and figure out the financing. Prior to going to the dealership, I had filled out an "online credit approval" form. The paperwork process took all of 15 minutes (if that), and then the truck was mine! Thank you Mike and Dan Dorsch, Dallas Brooks and Debbie Simonar for making this a painless and time efficient process. This was my 4th vehicle purchase and by far the best experience. I will definitely be returning to Dorsch Ford for both maintenance/service work as well as purchases in the future. More

I researched my Ford for weeks over the internet and found a vehicle I wanted in the Chicago area. I was all ready to go and get the car when the deal went sour. During my research, I had test drove a found a vehicle I wanted in the Chicago area. I was all ready to go and get the car when the deal went sour. During my research, I had test drove a similar styled vehicle that I wanted with Dallas at Dorsch. When I reconnected with him, he had informed me that a C-Max was being shipped into their dealership in a few days and that he would send me his best price. His price actually beat the Chicago area dealers price and was a local dealer. Dallas was also the only sales associate from any dealerships who seemed to respond well to my email requests for information without placing me on some robot based mailers that flooded my inbox. He was full of info and a willingness to find out anything I had questions about. Since buying the car, I have been back to dealership for coffee and visits with Dallas to let him know how much I love the C-Max. He ALWAYS remembers my name and seems to never forget prior conversations. This is not a normal sales associate who forgets you as soon as the deal is done. I would go back to Dorsch in a heartbeat if I need another car. I have and will continue to recommend the dealer and especially Dallas to all my family and friends. More

I previously dealt with another dealership in our area and inquired into the ability for me to purchase a new vehicle. This was back in march and my experience was very discouraging. He made the transaction go very smoothly and made us feel at ease about our purchase. Everyone even stayed after closing to help us get in to our new car. Now THAT is great customer service.
