They employee service technicians who can not fix things. They will break things and rig them with gunk and you never know until you go somewhere else to have the same problem fixed. If you want to leave you They will break things and rig them with gunk and you never know until you go somewhere else to have the same problem fixed. If you want to leave your car there for extended periods of time for the same issue, then this is your place. I would not recommend them!!! Owner does not care about his customers and refuses to return phone calls to them. More

Recall service I received a notification that my CX-5 has a recall issue and to schedule a service visit. So I called the next day to schedule a service visit and wa I received a notification that my CX-5 has a recall issue and to schedule a service visit. So I called the next day to schedule a service visit and was pleasantly surprised to be told that I could come in the next day! I made the appointment for early afternoon and ended up at the dealer a half hour early and they still took me in. Service was completed in a timely manner at no charge and I was on my way. The Service Department is outstanding! This is one of the many reasons that I returned to Flood Mazda for my second CX-5.! More
