I called ahead to view a 2022 4Runner I had been researching for the last couple weeks to make sure it was still onsite when I came to take a test drive - it ended up getting taken home by one of th researching for the last couple weeks to make sure it was still onsite when I came to take a test drive - it ended up getting taken home by one of the managers for the night and Mike gave me the 4runner I ended up buying to test drive instead. Everyone was very friendly and knowledgeable with good senses of humor (maybe a weird thing to comment on but something that is important to me and makes me feel more comfortable in what could be a tense situation). I never felt pressured to do anything I didn't want to and was overall very pleased with my experience and purchase. More

I was referred to this dealership, because of the reputation in which it has, by Chuck Novack. From the time I walked in the door, and met a salesperson, Jacob Basathia. Who was very professional. He asked what type of car I was interested in. I mentioned which type. Jacob listened and said he would be able to help me and show me. Since I am partially disabled Jacob, walked very slow with me and made me feel very comfortable and not rushed at all. ( We had went to another Toyota dealership, and felt rushed and hurried through our questions) Jacob showed me a Highlander. Jacob explained every option on the model in the showroom. We spoke about the color we were looking for. He searched and found a pearl white model with all the options I asked for. Although it would take a few days for the car to arrive at the dealership. Jacob was very thorough in the processes of buying a new car. Jacob explained every detail, from doing a credit check, and down payment options. As well as answered all of my questions on options of the car. I then met with the sales manager, Casey.(who's last name I don't remember.) Casey, Jacob, and myself went through all of the details. Casey as well was very helpful and made me feel comfortable. I was then helped by another young man, who's name I didn't catch. But he helped me connect my Android phone to the Highlander, and helped me scan the QR code, and set up the phone to the car. Jacob explained financing to the warranty, the trade I had, etc. I then met with Sherri Pacchiano, the business manager. Sherri was fantastic. She was very professional. Sherri helped me understand the choices of warranty and the difference of each. The financing was exactly what I was hoping for. Meaning our payment was just what we were looking for. Sherri as well made me feel as I was making the best decision for me. This team was very courteous and professional. After reading the financing agreement and such, I feel like I made the best decision. I would recommend this dealership to any of my friends and family. The team is top notch. and should be proud of how they treat customers. Thank you, Earl King Jr. More
