Mike Carlson was the Salesman who helped me with the purchase of my 2022 Subaru Impreza Sport. He was an honest and easy going man to speak with. Explained everything about the vehicle to me, I did not feel pressured into buying the vehicle which made it even better, like I was an actual customer. Once I was at Elk Grover Subaru to sign the papers, Mike explained all the ins and outs of the Subaru to me, helped me understand what I could do with all of the exciting new features. I loved my experience and most of it was through the phone and online! They even held the vehicle for me for a few extra days so I could purchase it as I was still on vacation. They’re military friendly and made me feel extremely welcomed. I went in with the intentions of already purchasing the Subaru but the altogether welcoming staff made it 100% much easier! Marissa Anderson, Internet Sales Mgr. held my hand through the entire process, making it virtually "seamless". My only regret was not being able to share "my moment", also, with Rylee, Marissa's lovely and charming English Bulldog, to whom I'd become attached to during my visits to the dealership. The icing on the cake, my WRX arrived over a month earlier than expected ! Mike, the Sales Mgr., wrapped up the sales process with me, going over with me the final forms and contracts. I felt very comfortable through the entire "pressureless" process. Mike's an affable young man for sure. More

This was my first car buying experience, and it was a pleasant process throughout. The experience was definitely different to what I am sure it would have been in normal times (just due to the shortage a pleasant process throughout. This is my first truly new car and first Subaru, so if I am content with the car over a few years, I see no reason why I wouldn’t come right back to this dealership when it’s time to pick up a new car for my SO. From the beginning of the process to the end everyone that we came in contact with was helpful and all questions got answered thoroughly. In a few years if we decide to make us a 3 Subaru car family I don't see any reason to go to any other dealership when you get treated so well at Elk Grove Subaru.
