They’ve always done quality work (I don’t have to return with the same problem). My 4Runner has been extremely reliable, but Maita Service has been quick to diagnose accurately the few issues I’ve encountered. I’ve also found their staff of service advisers totally professional, courteous and helpful in making both wise AND economical decisions when determining if/when a repair or maitanance is necessary. Bob Picci is my favorite adviser, but you’ll have a great experience no matter who serves you. Terrific waiting area, rental cars if needed- love this place. More

The vehicle was inspected, and found nothing that needed to replaced. Make adjustment and was ready to go. All other inspection diagnosis passed with no additional work. Always looking for a service company to insure we are told what we need to hear and how to solve a problem. Maida passed. I will visit again. I drive this car perhaps 1,000 miles a year. I want to keep it in top shape for as long as I have it. More

My current car was purchased in 1999 in the Bay Area, and I moved to Sacramento in 2000. I have not had this car serviced anywhere else, as I have been very pleased with the maintenance performed on my car; and with the great customer service. I work an early shift at work. Many times I have brought my car in the day before a service appointment, pick up a rental car (at a very inexpensive rate), and then receive a call at work the next day saying my car has been serviced and ready to be picked up. Well, I got the P1, I got the 0%APR BUT I paid more than MSRP by $200! I Cannot explain it. I look forward to enjoy the car though. More

Horribe Customer Service!! I took my car for regular warranty service, and when I picked it up, the windshield was crack across the front. They didn't tell me - I noticed as I took my car for regular warranty service, and when I picked it up, the windshield was crack across the front. They didn't tell me - I noticed as I started to drive away. I turned around in the lot, and told the employee at service. He then got the "manager on duty" who looked skeptically at my window. I said, "Check your paperwork, the windshield wasn't broken when I brought my car, and no one even bothered to let me know when I picked it up." He inspected my windshield and started to say that it could have been because of a chip or being in the hot sun. I told him that it's often parked in the sun but had never been cracked by the sun. He said he'd have to check with his manager in the morning before letting me know what will be done. That was 8 DAYS AGO. I responded to a "How's our service" survey and left 2 messages. No reply. This is hands down THE WORST SERVICE. More

Love my home dealership I've been getting my car serviced at Maita for years and never had a problem. The people in the service drive and the service advisors are always very I've been getting my car serviced at Maita for years and never had a problem. The people in the service drive and the service advisors are always very helpful and friendly. I bought a new car there today. I'm a first-time financer, and the salesmen I worked with were both very helpful in navigating the process. First of all, they had to custom order the car because the interior/exterior color combination I wanted is apparently not very common. When I was in today to purchase, they made sure I got the college graduate rebate that I had no idea even existed :) While I was waiting for the finance paperwork to go through, I ran into the service manager near the cafe (such a nice addition to a waiting lounge). He asked if I was waiting for a service, and I told him I was buying a new car, but planned to bring it back to get serviced at this store, and he reminded me of the free services I get for 2 years. (I think that's something I'm getting because I'm financing through Toyota.) Moral of the story, the staff at Maita are the reason I keep coming back and will keep coming back. Thanks for my beautiful new Rav4!! More

On 03 Feb 2014 I hit a small pile of dirt with the front bumper of my 2014 Toyota Camry while moving less than 3 mph causing the bumper to become disconnected from the passenger side of the vehicle. The bu bumper of my 2014 Toyota Camry while moving less than 3 mph causing the bumper to become disconnected from the passenger side of the vehicle. The bumper had a little bit of dirt on it which I had left on to show the advisor when I brought the car in. He said he noticed a Ding, Dent, or Scratch on the bumper where the Dirt was located. After car was taken to the back to be checked, it was brought back and they told me the Bumper Mounts were broke and would not hold the Bumper and that I needed a new Bumper and possibly paint. The car still had the dirt on the Bumper and the Bumper was still disconnected. I took the car home and cleaned the dirt away and the Bumper had no Ding, Dent, or Scratch anywhere on it. I then took a look at the Bumper mounts and was able to reconnect them with no problem at all since there is only about a 1/4 inch Lip that holds the Bumper on. It took me all of 15 minutes to fix. On about 10 Feb I took the car back and asked to talk to the Service Director Mike Latham and showed him the Bumper and asked if he could see any Damage as described on work order Invoice # 262489 and of course he could not and also could not explain why his service department did not even look at my car when they took it to the back, and why they wanted me to buy a new Bumper. No reply. I will never take this car or any car to them again. Also I have purchased 5 cars from Maita, but no more. Camry is not like it used to be. More
