He followed up with a personal examination of the radiator as well as to fully review the service invoice. He was very factual and specific about the entire matter, explaining both our concerns and those of the company. The entire process from dropping off to pi Maita Toyota is the only dealership I trust with my Toyota and Scion vehicles (3 Toyota's and 2 Scion's). The entire process from dropping off to picking up my vehicle has been streamlined into a very efficient and time saving procedure. Even creating an appointment is easy. Over time, I have managed to form a trusting relationship with several of their service advisors, which is important to me. Also, in the unlikely event that something hasn't gone according to plan, management has gone out of it's way to make things right which I greatly appreciate. More

A Corolla in the 80’s that went through 3 kids as new drivers, a 99 Camry that was passed to my sister & then to her daughter & is still going strong, to my 2006 Rav 4 that is amazing after 13 years & 152,000 miles thanks to Maita!!!
