Exhausting, but worth it! My husband and I went in on Friday night to look at a Traverse that was advertised in an email I had received. After the test drive and falling in lo My husband and I went in on Friday night to look at a Traverse that was advertised in an email I had received. After the test drive and falling in love, it was a bit out of our price range, so we decided to look at the Equinox instead. After looking at a few different vehicles over 3 days time, a certified Traverse became available...that was the one for us after much haggling. Needless to say, we are thrilled with our 5th vehicle from Phillips Chevy! Everyone we worked with was extremely pleasant and we will definitely work with them again for any future car purchases! More

Great staff - Willing to go the extra mile! Anthony McAuley and his team went above and beyond for us. Beyond the friendly staff and service this is what amazed us...the sale of our vehicle was Anthony McAuley and his team went above and beyond for us. Beyond the friendly staff and service this is what amazed us...the sale of our vehicle was completed around 9:15pm. The dealership closes at 9. Due to our busy schedule for the next few days they were kind enough to proceed with all the paperwork to get us on our way with our new vehicle. We didn't leave there until after midnight!!!! Everyone worked hard to get it ready and went the extra mile for us. All I can say is THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU!!! More
