Terrible terrible, I went in for an oil change and my rear right tire going low every few months. The tech convinced me in getting the 30k service. Which was 500 dollars. I then also told them my Android rear right tire going low every few months. The tech convinced me in getting the 30k service. Which was 500 dollars. I then also told them my Android Auto is not connecting. They claimed there's nothing wrong with my connection, was I using an "Android Cable" to connect. I replied I've used an Amazon,Anker, Samsung, and off brand cable none of them connect . The cables work in my Audi somehow. Terrible terrible they can't fix my android auto problem. It's awesome how they sold me on a 7 year warranty tech stuff for my Tucson. Maybe i should take it to another Hyundai dealer they might be competent to fix my issue. I just have a broken Tucson super awesome on my end!!! More

Mike Majors-What a Guy I tried booking an appointment mid January for an oil change. The woman who answered the phone told me not to bother, in fact, you don’t need an appointment for an oil change(I kne mid January for an oil change. The woman who answered the phone told me not to bother, in fact, you don’t need an appointment for an oil change(I knew the 4-6 week wait time from my previous one), but I naively took her word for it(End of February was when I needed to get in anyways…shame on me for not just insisting to book the appointment). Moving forward, I got there early on Saturday to hopefully get in and out(8 month old at home). Mike asked if I’d be leaving the car for the day since I didn’t have an appointment. I explained my situation and frustration and he told me he’d do his best to get me in and out. Mike Majors stood by his word. He let me know my car was up on a lift within 15 minutes of entering the service lobby. He came out 45 minutes later with my keys in hand, wishing me good luck with my wife and child. That’s the type of guy you want overseeing maintenance on your car. Much thanks to Mike & his team for the excellent service! Came in on limited sleep along with little time to spare, and he came through for me. Word of advice for service customers, make an appointment, regardless of what you’re told on the phone. Thanks again, Mike, you really helped me out on this one! More
