I hadn't planned on leaving with a vehicle the same day buy they made the process so smooth, I did end up leaving with a new vehicle the same day. Sunil was able to answer the many questions I had since this was a hybrid vehicle vs. a 100% gasoline engine. The dealership manager was very engaging and wanted to make sure I got exactly what I wanted, including financing. As a team, they made it happen and I am a very happy customer. More

MJ and her team will treat you like a VIP! The deal included 60 d warranty which is a very significant benefit as well as 12,000 mile coverage on the used vehicle. Along with the great “internet price”, the warranty was a big reason why I wanted to buy through Audi Silver Spring. Their team cleaned and serviced the car before I bought and no issues/faults came up during my test drive or after (unlike when I previously bought used). Since this is an actual Audi dealer I felt much more comfortable buying the used Audi here. More
