They cancelled my daughter’s GAP insurance to try and collect the money after her car was totaled, instead of submitting a claim so GAP would cover the remaining balance of the car. And denied that they collect the money after her car was totaled, instead of submitting a claim so GAP would cover the remaining balance of the car. And denied that they did it, when I have it in writing who canceled it! The vice general manager, Mike Munsey, and the financial manager, Keith Kelso……are the worst people in the world to work with!! They are not friendly and very unprofessional. The worst customer service I have ever experienced!!! More

Had bad experience during final phase of buying the car. Then his numbers didn’t match the price that had been agreed on. Things went down hill from there. More

300 miles on the odometer and for a check engine light. Once the Roanoke dealer understood we purchased elsewhere, we were toast.
