From routine maintenance to the installation of a hitch receiver to an unexpected warranty issue, my service advisor Mike has given honest time frames for completing the work and makes sure the service is done properly. I can honestly say that this is the best service department that I have ever gone to. More

We drive an extra 20 minutes out of the way when there is another dealership right near our house because of the service department at this dealership. I brought my 4 day old (used-CPO) Outback that I got from another dealer 200 miles away. The service writer was fantastic! He was thoughtful , empathetic, and truly wanted to help me. After I purchased my car and 2019, I visited three different dealers trying to find a good service center. I finally ended up at Subaru Of Jacksonville and Mike in the service department. Mike is the different dealers trying to find a good service center. I finally ended up at Subaru Of Jacksonville and Mike in the service department. Mike is the primary reason I’m still driving this car and I drive an hour to get it serviced. As far as I’m concerned, Mike is Subaru Of Jacksonville. He takes care of me and he takes care of my car. It’s as simple as that. Hard to find that these days. More

Mark Ogden(Finance) was beyond helpful in showing me every option with warranty & maintenance plans. Mark went out of his way to meet my every request.
