Outstanding: Dealership with friendly staff and management I purchased a 2013 BMW 740ix from BMW of Westlake. The salmon Jerry Mancini, to the General Manager give me outstanding service, listened to my needs I purchased a 2013 BMW 740ix from BMW of Westlake. The salmon Jerry Mancini, to the General Manager give me outstanding service, listened to my needs and assisted me in selecting a car best for my daily needs. The Finance Manager/Director were easy to get along with helped process my loan and the documents and a friendly manner. I will surly purchase my next vehicle from the same location. I had been to many dealers and felt the only interest was the profit margin. However, at BMW Westlake they made me feel I was important as a customer. More

Quick and efficient! I recently leased a 2015 BMW (328 i xdrive) demo unit from BMW Westlake. The salesman presented me with a range of price points and did not try to ove I recently leased a 2015 BMW (328 i xdrive) demo unit from BMW Westlake. The salesman presented me with a range of price points and did not try to oversell me. I reviewed the price points made my offer based upon the money factor and residual value of the lease. I was not impressed by the dealer's failure to negotiate on the money factor. I had proposed a money factor of (0 .00120 )or 2.89%, which BMW North America advertises on its website, but was told that it applied to 2016 vehicles. Hindsight being 20/20, it appears that this is untrue since the dealer is assigning a money factor of (0.00120) 2.89% to get 2015 vehicles off the lot! I was quote a money factor of 0.00147 or 3.52%. More

Mr. Caruso was prepared for my arrival, he did research on the vehicle I wanted prior to my arrival, the car was detailed and ready when I got there cutting down my in the showroom time. The showroom was warm and inviting, the general manager, Frank was certain to greet me and Mike had me out of finance in no time. John had everything prepared and ready for me. My family and I are repeat customers and we will continue to purchase from Ganley. More

Easy, hassle free car buying experience. Having bought multiple cars in my lifetime, I typically dread going to the dealership to be hassled and pressured into buying a car. However, this experience was unlike any other I have experienced. The staff was extremely friendly and attentive, and Jerry specifically made the process very low pressure and comfortable. I came in a few times before deciding on a CPO vehicle, and while Jerry was helpful, he did not push anything on me that I wasn't interested in. They also worked very well with me on my trade it in order to make the payments come down to a level I was comfortable with. Amazing experience. More

She was courteous and informative in helping us select the vehicle. We were considering a Mercedes Benz along with the BMW and she patiently worked with us by providing us with information regarding the 535ix which persuaded us to buy the car. She provided us with several vehicles to test drive and did not pressure us into making a quick decision. She worked with us to get a price with which we were happy. She continues to keep in contact with us providing us with sincere and genuine concern in making sure we are happy with the vehicle. I highly recommend her and the dealership. More

By the way I live with 5 miles of another BMW agency but drove over 30 to do business with Frank and his team. The BMW Genius John Cordell, showed me all the technology available at my finger tips... this is a truly fantastic addition to the BMW Westlake delivery process. More

First Class Service! I came to this location after a very bad experience at another location. I must say, what a world of difference! Howard and the rest of the team at BM I came to this location after a very bad experience at another location. I must say, what a world of difference! Howard and the rest of the team at BMW made me feel welcomed and were determined to help me build the best possible car for my price range. Howard is AMAZING at running you through every detail of the car. He not only went over every function and feature with me when I was considering purchasing the car, but he also took the time again when I received the car to help me connect my phone, program some shortcuts and figure out my seat position. I drove off the lot feeling like I had been driving my car forever--I knew everything about it! I cannot say enough nice things about Howard's service. He actually made car buying fun and convenient. Will definitely be back for my next car! More
