Brian O'Neil took his time showing us the Honda CR-V and how everything worked before we test drove it. He was very patient and personable. When the vehicle became available, he was well prepared with all of the paperwork and explained all options, as did Ajay Sharma with the financing paperwork. We never felt pressured by anyone.
