Mindi had keys to vehicle on her desk for at least30 minutes and never made attempt to notify anyone that vehicle was done. Toyota Direct is the only dealer that has serviced my Rav 4 and previously my 2006 Highlander. Both of these vehicles were purchased from Toyota Direct. I like the fact that Toyota Direct has more women service advisors. After service was completed with my Rav 4 Mindy and I talked about when to replace the original tires. Kudos to Toyota Direct. The only thing that I have an issue with is the calls indicating I need to schedule service. I am diligent on having my Rav serviced on a regular basis, as I want it to last for a long time. I am retired so don't put many miles on my car, having the car serviced every 6 months is a waste of time and money. Other than that small issue I am pleased with Toyota Direct!!!!!!!!! More
