Called and spoke with Joe who was able to get us almost an immediate appointment along with a rental/loaner car. Saw Mona when we came in. Very attentive to the problems and added in a recall we weren't unaware of. Kept us advised of the repair progress and let us know it would be another day waiting for parts. Car was ready when promised and was even washed. Excellent service for the car and excellent care from all those we dealt with. More

No One Does It Better There is absolutely no down side to making Klaben your permanent home for all your auto needs - from purchase to service. Having dealt with numerous There is absolutely no down side to making Klaben your permanent home for all your auto needs - from purchase to service. Having dealt with numerous other Dealerships for multiple brands I can honestly and proudly say that Klaben is the best in all aspects. Doug Carter will help you get the car and deal you want and everyone in the Service department will happily take over from there. Anthony Wilson was the latest Service Advisor I have dealt with - and he was very helpful and respectful - but so have every other Sales Advisor I have dealt with. Kyle, the young gentleman who first greets you when you pull into the Service Department is a true delight. Helpful, extremely respectful to your needs and seems to have a better understanding of how to treat customers - not the indifference seen in too many in today's society. Purchase Klaben's "Loyalty Link Plus" and you will only see more focus on your needs - especially in regards to costs. You are truly seen as a person and not just a customer. More
