I started with Klaben in 1992 as a receptionist and file person. I was thankful to get the opportunity to change positions and become a service advisor a year later. In the last 28 years I have been blessed by meeting and helping so many faithful Klaben customers, many of whom have become friends. I’m Masters Certified as a Ford Lincoln service advisor. Doug Beavers has been my salesman for most all the vehicles that I purchased, he is great to deal with he takes the time to help you get the best deal possible and will help anyway he can. All the Klaben people are great from Doug and the sales team to the finance team and the service department, they all treat you like family. I look forward to my next vehicle from them. More

4th Lincoln and the experience continues When I got my first MKX from Klayben after poor service experiences ( note the plural) from my previous Ford Lincoln supplier I stressed to the Sales When I got my first MKX from Klayben after poor service experiences ( note the plural) from my previous Ford Lincoln supplier I stressed to the Sales ( Matt Hryb) that ongoing business was a sales/Service function and the two were equally important. The last two MKX and one MKS were looked after by Mona Crooks and my new 2016 MKX will also be with Mona. She is impressive in listening , function and true to her word in responses and care.
