I started with Klaben in 1992 as a receptionist and file person. I was thankful to get the opportunity to change positions and become a service advisor a year later. In the last 28 years I have been blessed by meeting and helping so many faithful Klaben customers, many of whom have become friends. I’m Masters Certified as a Ford Lincoln service advisor. Customer Satisfaction When I was getting other work done on my car I asked if a detailing could also be done. It was taken in that day and returned the following day all clean and bright. The exterior is so smooth that it is a pleasure to run my hands over it. I even got a compliment from a friend as to how good it looked. I must admit that I had not cleaned out all the "stuff" that one carries around because I didn't think it would be that quick. It was all returned to me including the quarter in the console. The clean smell is great; not as good as a new car smell but it will work. Thank you. More
