I had some concerns about the Escape I got in November 2023, took it to service on 2/5 and got the vehicle back on 2/7 and it was working ok on that date. The auto idle which was to activate at a stop li 2023, took it to service on 2/5 and got the vehicle back on 2/7 and it was working ok on that date. The auto idle which was to activate at a stop light was not working. I was told it was due to a low battery charge, 56 %. Also got a warning on the dash "Accident Assist was not Active - service required". Was there a connection between the two items ???? By 2/16 the vehicle was not working right again for the same reasons I took it in on 2/5. Could it be the battery again - very concerning if it is. More
