In the last 28 years I have been blessed by meeting and helping so many faithful Klaben customers, many of whom have become friends. I’m Masters Certified as a Ford Lincoln service advisor. Recently, we had to bring in my 2020 Ford Escape due to it having what we thought was an electrical or sensor issue. Mona, as always, got us right in and kept us up-to-date on the diagnostic progress. She it having what we thought was an electrical or sensor issue. She made sure to apply any discounts that would help keep the cost down and explained the electrical issue it ended up being. She is always friendly, helpful, professional, and willing to answer our questions. This is why we always come back to her when an issue arises with our cars! More

I have been buying cars at Klaben for decades and Joe has been my service advisor for most if not all of that time. He is definitely the reason I return to Klaben and have sent friends and family to klaben been my service advisor for most if not all of that time.
