I started with Klaben in 1992 as a receptionist and file person. I was thankful to get the opportunity to change positions and become a service advisor a year later. In the last 28 years I have been blessed by meeting and helping so many faithful Klaben customers, many of whom have become friends. I’m Masters Certified as a Ford Lincoln service advisor. When I called Klaben Ford service department with car trouble Mike was very nice and helpful. He said the earliest opening was almost 3 weeks out but if I could drop the car off and leave it for 3 to 4 d trouble Mike was very nice and helpful. He said the earliest opening was almost 3 weeks out but if I could drop the car off and leave it for 3 to 4 days he would try to work it in. He did work it in and found the problem. The part had to be ordered and as soon as the part came in they put it on. Everyone that I spoke with in the service department were very friendly and extremely helpful. This car was bought at a different dealership and I am the second owner. I would recommend Klaben to anyone for their auto/truck needs.
