I started with Klaben in 1992 as a receptionist and file person. I was thankful to get the opportunity to change positions and become a service advisor a year later. In the last 28 years I have been blessed by meeting and helping so many faithful Klaben customers, many of whom have become friends. I’m Masters Certified as a Ford Lincoln service advisor. I have been a loyal Klaben customer for many years now and that is because every experience has been fantastic, whether dealing with sales, finance, body shop or in this case, service. Every time i visit their service department I have an excellent experience. All of the service advisors are friendly and knowledgeable. I generally try to work with Mona Crooks. She is outstanding. I had one of my vehicles in a while back and it needed several things done.
