I started with Klaben in 1992 as a receptionist and file person. I was thankful to get the opportunity to change positions and become a service advisor a year later. In the last 28 years I have been blessed by meeting and helping so many faithful Klaben customers, many of whom have become friends. I’m Masters Certified as a Ford Lincoln service advisor. First Oil Change and new car service The car was picked up and delivered when promised. All the people involved were very helpful, polite, and easy to deal with and talk to. The appearance and condition of the car was excellent when returned. One small item that was overlooked but may have become a problem down the road was that the vehicles " Oil Life indicator" was not reset to 100%. When noticed it was reading 22%. Since it was discovered early after the oil change it is not considered a problem but though it was worth mentioning. More
