I started with Klaben in 1992 as a receptionist and file person. I was thankful to get the opportunity to change positions and become a service advisor a year later. In the last 28 years I have been blessed by meeting and helping so many faithful Klaben customers, many of whom have become friends. I’m Masters Certified as a Ford Lincoln service advisor. Long time Klaben customer. We have purchased many vehicles from Klaben Ford. Consistent quality service and customer care for both sales and service. We recently had to lease a We have purchased many vehicles from Klaben Ford. Consistent quality service and customer care for both sales and service. We recently had to lease a new EcoSport to replace one involved in a nasty accident. The old EcoSport protected us well. Vehicle was totaled with only very minor injuries. The sales team worked with us to acquire a new vehicle. The service department has worked with us on a recurring issue with my Fiesta ST. All fixed! We have nthing but great praise for the team at Klaben Ford. More

Very quick and thorough diagnosis. Parts arrived sooner than promised. Vehicle was returned washed, cleaned and disinfected.
