After previously having multiple bad experiences over the past decade at Toyota of Cleveland I decided to go back with my disabled father to help find him a newer truck. Reason I went back was my sales guy Mason, I had met him last year and enjoyed his style of salesmanship and felt like he would try to accommodate anything I asked. Mason knew of my bad history and wanted me to have a different experience and he introduced me to his General Manager Montez. I feel like Toyota if Cleveland has turned a new leaf under his management and with sales staff like mason and will treat you with the respect us buyers deserve. Great experience this time around and put my Dad into a great used truck. More

They recommended a bunch of extra stuff (as all dealerships do), but they weren't pushy about it after I declined them. Monte Burney has this place running like a well oiled machine. Taylor Alton and Mike Covington were great to deal with on the sales side. Alfred Polk efficiently knocked out the paperwork. These folks are really good at what they do - sell lots of Toyotas. If the service department is anywhere near as good as the dealership overall, I will use them for all my service and maintenance needs as well. I cannot comment on that yet, as I just bought the vehicle. More
