Although, they did not have the car on the lot that I wanted they searched for it and found it at another dealership and brought it to Cleveland for me. I had requested a certain color and a certain model and they were able to find it for me in one day. We had an added feature put on in the service department and they could not have been nicer. The wait time was extremely reasonable. I would recommend this dealership to anyone. More

Macy Smith scheduled our appoint for a test drive, Austin Owens knew we were coming and met us as we drove up. Macy came out to introduce herself and welcome us to the dealership. We had almost decided on a car selection from the dealership web page and tole him so. We test drove the one we were initially considering but noticed another vehicle in their show room. We ultimately bought the other one. Austin was helpful and informative but let us make our own decision.We ultimately bought the car that Monte Burney used as a demo and saved a lot of money. Monty had taken great care of the car we purchased. We were financing through Tennessee Valley CU (first time). Tim made the transaction seamless and we were on our way! He made sure we understood all the paper work and coached us through it. We enjoyed meeting all the people and will go back to Toyota of Cleveland the next time we need to buy another car. More
