I had to stay in Chattanooga overnight and needed to search for a new vehicle. I was referred to Cleveland Toyota by a good friend of mine (who is from Chattanooga), so I found a car I was interested in on their website. Monte' was able to set aside the car until I was able to return the next week to test drive it. When I returned the following week, Monte' and Prestion already had my paperwork completed should I want to purchase the vehicle. I test drove it and immediately wanted to purchase the vehicle. Justin arranged for pick up of my trade in (as it was being worked on at another dealership) so I wouldn't have to drive back to Chattanooga to return the car. Tyler was very helpful, open and honest about warranty and financing and was able to make this purchase happen for me. The entire process took less than three hours and I happily drove back to Nashville in my first brand new car, a 2019 Camry. Everyone was kind, helpful and had wonderful attitudes. This has been my most pleasurable experience with any car dealership. Thank you, Cleveland Toyota! You have a customer for life! More

In addition, I have a tendency to be very particular about the agreements I enter into and everyone that I talked to was extremely patient and accommodating, ensuring that I left in a vehicle that I was more than happy with. I truly don't have any negative comments to make about this dealership and it's employees. Everyone is above board and is focused on making sure that the customer leaves happy. More

I fell in love with the Highlander upon seeing and driving it. I initially planned on waiting a few months to buy, and in the meantime, I told my mom how much I liked the Highlander and the sales associate who had helped me, Alfred Odister. Long story short, my mom and I both walked away with brand new Highlanders within a week from my first visit. The customer service was outstanding from Alfred as well as everyone we met, including General Manager Montey Burney, Service Manager Tom Trout, Sales Manager Shane Defoor, and F&I Manager Alfred Polk. I couldn’t be happier with the experience, and I will recommend Toyota of Cleveland and Alfred Odister to all of my friends. More
