The Best! I live in Central Florida and searched all the Jaguar dealers in Ocala and Orlando for a CPO F Type. After calling several of the dealers I was not comfortable with their responses. I decided to expand my search area and found Scott Reid at the Jaguar dealership in Ft Myers. I am so GLAD I did! They had a car I was interested in and I called Mr. Reid. I told him I wanted to buy his car and I had a trade in but there was one catch, I did not want to play games with prices. Mr. Reid asked me to give him a couple of hours and he would get back with me. To my astonishment he called me back. He gave me a Great price on my trade in and a Great price on a 2018 F Type!! My wife and I drove almost 250 miles, one way, to pick up the car. Maybe the other dealers didn't take me seriously but Mr. Reid did. He was courteous, professional and respectful both over the phone and in person. When I got there I was introduce to Joe D'Ambra. Again, the professionalism was exactly the same as Mr. Reid. Joe took me for a test drive to make sure I was happy with the car and then sat down with me and my wife to go over everything about the car and I mean everything. Joe gave me his cellphone number and since the purchase has always been available for my silly questions. He meant what he said when he told me "I will take care of you". The entire staff was awesome. I don't think I have ever seen such happy people in any car dealership I have ever been in and that is saying something since I have purchased over 30 cars over the years. Mr. Reid has a great staff! If you are going to purchase a vehicle I would HIGHLY recommend you call Joe. You will not regret it. It was worth the drive to Ft. Myers. Since my purchase I have contacted other Jaguar dealers near me to discuss service and base on those calls..........I will make the drive to Ft. Myers, stay a few days, and have the knowledge my car will get good care. Why risk anywhere else. More

Well after many wonderful experiences assisting my firms client's in their Jag and Land Rover Purchases it was finally time for myself. I went to my contact Nick and we discussed the trade and the sale pric client's in their Jag and Land Rover Purchases it was finally time for myself. I went to my contact Nick and we discussed the trade and the sale price of the new Land Rover. Deal was done in less than half hour. Then came pick up time. When we arrived we were met on the lot by Ryan to handle the paper work and go over the car. Between Nick, Ryan and Dan (finance) this was by far the smoothest purchase I have ever made in my life. It was also very special that Brian the GM came out to Personally introduce himself and thank us for the purchase. This dealership lives for customer service and is worth the trip!!
