A Stellar Service Experience I recently had the pleasure of visiting Handy Toyota's service center for a routine oil change and tire rotation. From the moment I pulled into the bay, I was impressed by the f of visiting Handy Toyota's service center for a routine oil change and tire rotation. From the moment I pulled into the bay, I was impressed by the friendly and professional demeanor of the staff. The service advisor, Jason, was incredibly helpful and took the time to explain the recommended services and answer all of my questions. The service was completed promptly, and I was kept informed throughout the process. When my vehicle was ready, I was provided with a detailed breakdown of the services performed and the total cost. I was pleasantly surprised by the competitive pricing and the overall quality of the work. I've been a loyal customer of Handy Auto for a year, and their service center has always exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of reliable and affordable automotive maintenance. More

The Handy service team made lemonade out of lemons for me last week: to begin - I arrived an hour and a half late after getting stuck behind a bad accident on my way there, but they STILL graciously fit my ' last week: to begin - I arrived an hour and a half late after getting stuck behind a bad accident on my way there, but they STILL graciously fit my '21 Tacoma in for it's 30,000 mile service. As I drove out of the lot at the end of the day I immediately noticed a new sound coming from a front wheel... uh-oh. Unfortunately, the last of the mechanics had just gone home, so the diagnosis and fix would have to wait until morning. Not wanting to drive home on a problematic wheel, the Handy team put me into a complimentary loaner vehicle (a brand NEW Tacoma) for the night. The problem wheel was successfully corrected first thing the following morning, at no extra charge. Would it have been nicer if I could have driven away after my service appointment and not had to deal with the logistics of a surprise problem? For sure. But these things happen sometimes, and when they do, good customer service and support are how you save the day. More

Brought my vehicle in for standard upkeep maintenance, as well as one seat belt that wouldn't function. After receiving the "vehicle report card" I noticed there was no mention of the seatbelt I had specific well as one seat belt that wouldn't function. After receiving the "vehicle report card" I noticed there was no mention of the seatbelt I had specifically asked to be fixed. I called and asked, and was told they missed that on the drop off sheet, but was assured they would take care of it. Was called later and told everything was done and it was ready for pickup. Going over the bill, no mention of the seat belt. I asked, and was told by the guy assigned to my vehicle he "forgot". So despite it being written on the drop off service slip, called and reminded about, ai still can't take my child in my truck since his seat belt doesn't work. But they didn't forget to suggest i do their recommended $1500 100k miles maintenance package 10k miles early! The time before that ai had to get an inspection and was told I needed new windshield wipers. They put new wipers on, but never locked them. So as soon as I turned them on, they popped off and the metal of the wiper etched a line across my windshield. Overall, shoddy work and all they want to do is upsell every service. More
