Was told everything was all set for me to just come and sign. Was there for almost 3 hours . The key card would not work in the car. Was told “it’s under warranty so just go to the fort myers BMW location sign. Was there for almost 3 hours . The key card would not work in the car. Was told “it’s under warranty so just go to the fort myers BMW location (where we live) and have them fix it. I spent a lot of money a car. I would have expected it to have everything in working order. Car was not detailed properly so they had to go back and clean. Also a few days after bringing home we found a crack in the molding around the tail light causing water to go in. Brough to local dealer and they looked at it and said it’s been there for a while. You could tell by the build up on the light fixture. Told Sarasota BMW about it and never heard a word back. Not great service you’d expect from a high end car dealer. More

Nicole Fiori also did a first rate job showing us how to operate and maximize the features on the X5! Our sincere thanks to her! On the other hand, I’m my opinion the dealership and perhaps Morgan in general is missing the boat by trying to push cash buyers into a financing option with a $1,200 rebate incentive. Seems to me cash buyers should get the rebate; not the other way around. What is so evil about cash that there is a disincentive for using it rather than financing? More
