Fantastic Customer Service and Knowledge! I came in to ask for an appraisal of my vehicle. The Crown team was timely, nice, and accommodating. After receiving the appraisal, I asked if they I came in to ask for an appraisal of my vehicle. The Crown team was timely, nice, and accommodating. After receiving the appraisal, I asked if they would mind taking the time to show me the options I had for buying or leasing a car. Neal Linkhorn and Craig Gowitzka provided me with multiple options and helped me to review the pros and cons to each option. They were very detailed and helped me to make an informed decision that best fit my budget, needs, wants, and expectations. I was provided visual and verbal education about each vehicle option, and detailed answers to every question I asked. This team made the whole experience exciting and stress free. I will for sure be coming back to this team, when the time comes, and will forever insist that Crown is the place to go for an expert, comfortable, and trusting car buying/leasing experience. I came away with an awesome vehicle, and nothing but great things to say about Crown, Craig, and Neal. More

Awesome experience! I first visited the dealership just to gain some knowledge on their leasing programs and to check out the inventory. The sales man that I worked with I first visited the dealership just to gain some knowledge on their leasing programs and to check out the inventory. The sales man that I worked with did not make me feel pressured and was very patient and helpful. My second visit was about 2 months later, this time I wanted to leave with a new Jeep. The process was made very easy and stress free. After I chose the vehicle that I wanted it took almost no time to complete paperwork and finish things up. I was extremely pleased with the entire experience. More
