Worked out 99% of the details on the phone as we knew exactly which vehicle we wanted. We did this since this dealership is 6 hours from our home. Steve our salesman answered all of our questions as well as got out approval and trade in appraisal ahead of Time to ease the process. Arrived and the x5 was waiting in the bay for us to look over before we took it for a drive we are extremely happy with our purchase as well as the service we received from the dealership. We were greeted by numerous staff members and offered refreshments and coffee as we waited. Nez the BMW genius went over all of the details of the technology inside and outside of the vehicle after the trade and made sure we were comfortable with it before leaving. We will definitely be looking there for our next trade. Even with the distance it is from our home. More
