She said that someone from the dealership would call me to arrange a loaner. No one called. I called the dealership and left a message. No one returned my call. I called again the day of service and was told that they didn't have a loaner until the following week. All worked out, because the work took less that 1 hour and I waited. However, a call back should have been made to me and made in time to adjust schedules if necessary. More

Lack of Communication Dropped my 750 off on Wednesday At 10 am. This was the first available with a loaner (X3) which I asked specifically for an another 7 or 5 series or an X5, as I am 6’9” and I drive this car for a specific reason. It is the only car of the 5 that we have that can fit my wife and my son at the same time comfortably. Was told that was all they had and that it would be done soon. The FOLLOWING Tuesday I get a call that it was ready. This is after I called on Monday afternoon after not hearing from anyone to ask what was going on. According to the lady that answered the phone. They just looked at the car on Monday Morning. What the xxxx. Why would you keep my car for 5 days before looking at it. I don’t care that I had a loaner it was a major inconvenience and nobody bothered to call me and explain why the delay. Besides being inconvenienced, I was concerned what the xxxx could be wrong as it’s 2016 with 20K miles on it. What is wrong with my car? I have 3 other BMWs and I will have to carefully rethink my relationship with this dealership. More

Totally ignoring me the entire time it took to put my roof up and clear my car. It was 8:30am. I walked in and asked jamie where can i check in. She pointed to the two valet guys. No need to go on. When I called Fer I purchased my 2013 X3 AS-IS from Ferman BMW in July 2018. Two months later I was faced with an engine that needed to be replaced. When I called Ferman BMW, Brian Pelletier didn't hesitate to do everything he could to help. I spoke with the GM, Bob Murray about my situation, he was empathetic & helped with this very expensive problem. They provided me with a loaner car for the entire time they had my car for repairs. I worked with Nick & Paul Scaglione to get me car back on the road. After being without my car for about a month, I picked her up today. This dealership had no obligation to help me with this issue. From day one, they owned the problem, worked with me & made a bad situation a little more bearable. This dealership has a client for life! More
