I really appreciated that they didn't pressure me to buy anything, and were happy to let me take my time and make a decision. When I did decide on a car, Honda CR-V Hybrid Sport, Yvettte Rivera-Coates was fantastic. She was knowledgable about the car and its features, and took the time to explain everything to me in detail. Overall, I highly recommend Honda Universe to anyone looking for a new/used car. The staff (especially Yvette, Al Cunha, and Mike Bendar) are friendly and professional, the inventory is impressive, and the buying experience is top-notch. I wouldn't hesitate to go back the next time I'm in the market for a car. More
