Worst Experiece Literally the worst dealership I have ever delt with will never do service there again or recommend this place to anyone. They had told me my vehicle Literally the worst dealership I have ever delt with will never do service there again or recommend this place to anyone. They had told me my vehicle was registered which it never was until 3 months later after it was totaled for 2 months so they registered a totaled vehicle. I purchased the car in July and just received the plates for it on 10/19. This dealership scams and allows people to drive unregistered vehicles. I had called many times asking why my car was never registered and no one was able to give me an answer. More

Right to the point with accurate and timely information Kyle was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and answered all of our questions without any confusion. The deal was exactly what was described to us and he had us out of there as quickly as I've ever been from prior experiences at other dealerships. Smooth and Pleasant experience I went into Honda Universal and was greeted by Nick, and John McGraw. I discussed the CR-V model with them, I originally left a deposit for the CV-R I went into Honda Universal and was greeted by Nick, and John McGraw. I discussed the CR-V model with them, I originally left a deposit for the CV-R EX model. They held the car for me for over a month for I was waiting for funds to free up. Well after myself hold up the sale, I came in and asked John McGraw if I could change my selection even though they held the original car. John said no problem, what car do you want, I asked if they could get me the Fully Loaded CR-V AWD Touring model in Molten Lava. John checked and said no problem, when do you want the car? I told John My wife and I would come in on Saturday 22nd 2017. Also I asked John if he can add running boards on the CR-V for my wife, John replied no problem, John even gave me a great price on the running boards, Well my wife and I came Saturday morning I paid for the car in full, After That Kyle came and spent 45minutes going over all the Bells and Whistles. From the time I first set foot in the dealership, to the time my wife drove off everything was a Great Experience. If you are looking for a Honda, then this is the dealership to consider first, They put customers first, plus the atmosphere was friendly and no pressure to buy. A Big thank You to sales manager Nicholas Salerno, John McGraw Customer&Service Manager, and Kyle who went over the car with myself and my wife. Thanks again.Ken More
