Best experience ever was walking into Honda Universe to look at cars. Everyone from the receptionist to the finance department made us feel like family. Honda Universe has always been a pleasure doing business with you. This experience during Covid was a bit of a scare, although between Yvette Rivera and Nick Salerno calling me and having cars lined up for with you. This experience during Covid was a bit of a scare, although between Yvette Rivera and Nick Salerno calling me and having cars lined up for me made the trip so much easier the two of these emoyees worked together as a team to ensure that they were meeting my expectations as a customer, Not trying to rip me off. The sales rep had glass in-between her and me which made me feel so much safer, infact everyone was wearing facial protection even the mechanics. The management was very courteous with offering coffee and water . The only thing I missed out on was the 🍿, due to Covid. But Thank you so much Yvette for such outstanding service More
