days ago NEW I called Golf Mill Ford about a certain truck to see if it was available. They said it was still available. I show up the same day and was told it wasn’t there, they wholesaled it (auctione truck to see if it was available. They said it was still available. I show up the same day and was told it wasn’t there, they wholesaled it (auctioned because it wasn’t mechanically sound). They showed me a used truck that i did end up purchasing. One of the deals was to fix the windshield (they did) and get me a second key. It took me about a month of calling my salesman and the sales floor manager every xxxx day to finally get it done. They wouldn’t call me back, wouldn’t respond to emails, and wouldn’t respond to texts. They finally responded saying “it will be this day” and it wasn’t, but it did get done. The truck I bought randomly cuts all power to the vehicle while driving, a major safety issue. This didn’t happen till about a month of owning it. They didn’t do a thorough job on this vehicle and told me they checked everything out. If I had my daughter In the truck when this happened and I wasn’t quick on my feet, who knows what would happen. I’ll never go here again. More
