Competitive prices with Warranty & willing to work with you My family does not buy new cars very often, in fact, we usually keep our cars for at least 8 - 10 yrs. This is why we wanted a Subaru as we have had several and they have always been great cars for the price...AWD, safety, and 4 cyl fuel economy...can you ask for more? We decided on Gerald of Naperville because of the lifetime warranty they offer at no cost. Before even going I asked to see the warranty fine print which they gladly provided. I had many online quotes, even from Gerald of North Aurora, and they were very close to my best offer with the same vehicle options. They matched the Gerald of North Aurora price, which was a few hundred less than then Naperville initial quote, which was great. There was a little snag when we took delivery of the vehicle as we saw one vehicle and decided to purchase an identical one, just in blue. When we took delivery we noted some key accessories were missing after signing the paperwork, however, after a quick chat with the general sales manager, they were kind enough to through in the accessories for free. Remember that the dealer does not always control what accessories come with the vehicle and to look the car over before signing any paperwork. It was a no stress purchase with no pressure and everyone was very nice. More

From my website inquiry and minutes later I received a follow up phone call from Cynthia Barrett; who is easy to talk to, friendly, and at the same time very professional. Two days later, I arrived for my appointment and was introduced to Kelly Thomas. Kelly is excellent at her job. She listened attentively to my likes, dislikes and desires. She will go to bat and work hard to insure she has met all of her customers needs. During my visit to Geralds I met a number of staff members; Nino, Steve and everyone at that dealership was top notch. I will refer Gerald Subaru/Naperville to my friends and family. During the sales follow up call with my sales consultant Ehab I stressed my displeasure about not getting the accessory I really wanted. He took that to the sales manager who called me and went beyond my expectations to help me. Between him and Ehab I was able to get what I wanted. They went above and beyond to ensure I was happy with my outback. It showed me that they were concerned even AFTER the sale was completed. I already inked the deal and many dealerships would have just said too bad. Gerald subaru exceeded my expectations and I would recommend them to anyone interested in getting a Subaru. More
