Turns out that particular 7 series had issues, and I was facing a big issue to trade it in. Debra was very up front and transparent about what I was facing. Vince and Tom listened to my story, and turned a potentially rotten situation into a very good situation. I now have a brand new 5 series, which is my 7/5% solution.
