Had an oil change, tire rotation and cabin air filter changed in my Chevy Traverse. Even with a scheduled appointment it took 2 hours and 15 minutes. That’s unacceptable. When I get my other family vehic changed in my Chevy Traverse. Even with a scheduled appointment it took 2 hours and 15 minutes. That’s unacceptable.
