I was a little upset that when I purchased the vehicle on Saturday and it didn't have the required Lycoming County Emissions test completed and was told that I would have to pay for it. I called on Monday and got an appointment for the next day to get it completed. The Service Manager confirmed that I would not have to pay for the first one since it should have been completed as part of the sale. More
