It was my first time buying a car unseen and on-line but Linda Breedlove walked me through it and it was great. I expected there to be some issue to surface when I went to pick the car up but didn't happen. Linda Breedlove walked me through it and it was great. I expected there to be some issue to surface when I went to pick the car up but didn't happen. Steve Sturko walked me through the process and test drive. Again it was great. I highly recommend Crews Subaru. More

I test drove many SUV's looking for one that could tow 5000lb. Nothing stuck until I test drove the Subaru Ascent which checked all my boxes! I had never pre-ordered a car before but did this time to get 5000lb. Nothing stuck until I test drove the Subaru Ascent which checked all my boxes! I had never pre-ordered a car before but did this time to get a 2023 model. Cory was very easy to work with, if not a bit more excited than I was! My only low, hence the 4 stars, was the trade in value given for my current car. It was unacceptable so we ended up financing part of the cost. (Carmax gave us $3000 more...) Financing was a breeze to go through. My only complaint there was being given a thumb drive with all the documents on it. One, thumb drives are not "green" and two, I had to then print them myself when I got home, so no trees were saved. With technology changing constantly nowadays, keeping a small thumb drive around during the life of this automobile would probably result in it being lost and/or not able to be accessed, much like the 3" disks and cassettes I have lying around... More

They cared more about me being comfortable with affordability and the car than making a sale which I found amazing. They also got me financed at an incredible rate.
